  3. Read this before installing the program.

  5. What is The Words?
  6. ------------------
  7. The Words is an easy to use vocabulary learning program which you can use
  8. when you learn a foreign language.
  9. You write your own words with the program, save them as wordlists and then
  10. you learn them. The Words is a freeware program.

  12. Required files
  13. --------------
  14. Before you install this program, you must have the file VBRUN300.DLL
  15. installed in Windows system directory.

  17. You can download VBRUN300.DLL from:
  18. ftp://ftp.simtel.net/pub/simtelnet/win3/dll/vbrun300.zip
  19. or
  20. ftp://ftp.sunet.se/pub/pc/mirror/simtelnet/win3/dll/vbrun300.zip

  22. Extract the file and place VBRUN300.DLL in your Windows system directory.

  24. Installation
  25. ------------
  26. Run the Setup program and it will install The Words to a directory which
  27. you choose.

  29. Other notes
  30. -----------
  31. This is a 16-bit version and it works with Windows 3.1 and better.
  32. There is also a 32-bit version of The Words. You can download both
  33. versions from The Words Homepage.
  34. Before you go to The Words Homepage from the program, make sure that
  35. your web-browser is not running! Otherwise the function will not work.
